Shipping Time in Transit Estimates The following are estimates (not guarantees) of the delivery times for the various shipping options we offer. The transit times are based off the fastest (midwest) and longest (coasts) calculations given at the UPS and U.S.P.S. websites. Blue Collar Distro is located in Lawrence, Kansas. Because we are in the middle of the country our ship times are generally very fast for the majority of our domestic orders. All orders ship within 24-48 hours of being received, and the estimates below are based off of the shipping day. Friday and weekend orders ship on Monday, and we do not ship on government or postal holidays. All UPS orders receive tracking emails and are automatically insured for up to $100.00. We loves us some UPS.

Please note: Posters and pre-orders must ship by themselves to avoid damage and/or delays. In the case of posters we only ship using tubes. It is not possible, for example, to ship a record and poster together. In other words, it's so your order doesn't get slowed down or ruined. Give us a hug!
Please also note: Postal Service policy states that all international packages must be marked as "other." Packages marked in this manner are supposed to avoid any customs fees. We cannot make exceptions to this rule. Unfortunately certain countries have been known to charge customs fees anyway. This is a fee that has been charged by your government, not Blue Collar Industries. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or hardship this may cause, but we have no control over the customs authorities in any country.
Common Questions: Q: "How much is shipping?" A: We offer so many shipping options that it's just plain easier to load up your cart and click the "Checkout" button. You'll need to enter your address and then it will take you to the shipping screen. You can then see the actuall shipping costs and options, and you don't even have to enter credit card info.
Returns and Exchanges All returns and exchanges must be handled within 30 days of receiving your order. Compact discs, vinyl records, and DVDs cannot be returned once they are opened, only exchanged. T-shirts, hoodies or jackets may not be returned if they have been washed or worn. Some garments may shrink when washed. Please follow the care instructions printed on the tag. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging merchandise, unless otherwise stated below. If the post office determines that the address you gave us is undeliverable for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Most of the time we will issue a refund for the item(s) you ordered and send you an email to let you know what happened. However, if you ordered a limited edition type of item we will send you an email to let you know what happened. If you still want the item(s) you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Items from our eBay store cannot be retunred or exchanged. All international customers must send an email in advance to orders@bluecollardistro.com. Please find the option below that most applies to you:
1) You guys filled my order wrong! Woops! Our bad. Please email us at orders@bluecollardistro.com and let us know what we did wrong. If we made a mistake we will gladly fix it at our own expense.
2) My stuff is defective! Despite having 1,000 full time quality control inspectors some bad stuff does slip through sometimes. Again, send an email and we'll get it fixed for you.
3) I want to exchange my order. If you would like to exchange something in your order for another size or item you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us. Our address is: 1100 E. 11th Street, Lawrence, Kansas 66046. Once we receive the item(s) we will refund your card and send a confirmation email. To do an exchange, simply place a new order for the item(s) you want as a replacement. You can place the new order at any time.
4) On second thought, I just plain want a refund. That's cool too. Just write "Refund" on your invoice, pack it up, and send it back. The address is actually on the bottom of your invoice. Simple.
Order Process This has changed little over time, so here are the basics of ordering through BCD:
1) Click either the "Shop!" button or use the "Browse All The Shops" drop down menu. You can also click the "Search" button and see what we have. You've got to start somewhere, and these are the starting points.
2) Find something you like and click on it. I know this sounds stupid, but you'd be surprised the emails we get sometimes. Anywho, depending on what you clicked on you should be presented with an "Add to Cart" button of some sort. If it's an article of clothing you're going to have to select a size, but that's simple enough.
3) Assuming you've finished spending your paycheck, simply click the "Checkout" button. If you want to check your cart first, click the "View Cart" button. If everything looks good then proceed with the checkout. If you already have an account you can sign in, or you can create a new account. Your account will contain your billing and shipping information, but not your credit card info, which we do not store. Please triple check your address to make sure that it is entered correctly. Make sure that you included your apartment number (if you have one) and you used the correct zip code.
4) Now that you've made your account you're ready to select your shipping method. We went over those details a bit further up, so you can pretty much skip this.
5) Alright, time for your credit card info. Once you've entered your card data, please only click "Continue" once. If it doesn't appear to be doing anything then be sure to check your email immediately. If your order went through you will have a confirmation email. Please check the address information in that confirmation email and make sure that it is correct. If it is incorrect, please respond to that email immediately and give us the correct address. In the event that your address is determined to be undeliverable by the post office, you may be responsible for the additional costs to reship your package. If you didn't get an email then it didn't go through and you should lose all faith in the internet. Actually, you can try again. In some cases you may need to clear your cookies out or even try a different browser. Otherwise, it looks like your order went through! Thanks for shopping with us!
Common Questions: Q: "Blah blah blah is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?" A: We try to keep current items in stock on a 30 day cycle, but this doesn't always happen for various reasons. The absolute best way to be notified of a restock is to join the "Mailing List".
Lawrence, Kansas After 3 years of living it up in Eudora we finally made the big move to Lawrence in September of the '05. It pretty much rules, and we are loving the new digs. Same great service, new location, and all that jazz.
Who Are You Guys? We're a bunch of people that love music, art, design, tattoos, typography, burgers, fireworks, beer, and making people happy. Traditional Mailorder In order to give our customers more buying options we have added traditional mail order capabilities to Blue Collar Distro. Terms and Conditions:
Blue Collar Distro offers both International and Domestic mail order. When ordering via mail order you will need to download and print the order forms below. You will also need to download and print the postage form. Make sure you have a calculator handy because if you underestimate shipping costs your order will not be completed until we receive full payment.
Kansas residents must add 6.75% sales tax to their orders. If you pay via PayPal you must add an additional 5% to your final total. Pre-Order and limited edition items can not be ordered through the mail. Also, keep in mind that shipping via mail order is slower and more expensive than ordering from our internet store. All mail orders are subject to availability, you are required to select alternate items on your form, and even though an item might be in stock when you mail your order there is the possibility it will sell out before we receive your order. If that is the case, we will cancel your order and refund your from of payment. As payment we will accept money orders, PayPal, and if you absolutely must send cash it has to be WELL CONCEALED.
Blue Collar Distro is not responsible if your money order, cash, or any other form of payment is lost in the mail. We WILL NOT refund lost payments. Shipping is non-refundable. As with any other company, we reserve the right to change or update these policies at any time and by viewing this statement you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
